Seattle Mennonite Church Annoucements
April 6, 2008

Spring is our Season of Discernment when we prepare for changes on committees and other roles in the leadership, programs and life of SMC. During the month of April you will be asked to consider your talents, time, energy and passion as we gather information to begin matching people with open slots in our organizational structure. You can assist the process by completing a "Got Gifts?" form which we will make readily available. Place it in the offering basket, give it to one of us, or put it in one of our mail folders. We would love to answer any questions you might have so seek us out if we don't get to you first! If you desire to learn more about how SMC “works” please join us at an informational session during the Adult Study time on April 21 st . Sarah K. Burkhalter, Susan Lohrentz, and Lee Murray

Folks can fill prescriptions at Bartels for free every Saturday due to the financial support of the Rotary Club. Currently they have commitments for $72,000 but their goal is $300,000.
